PROCESS SERVICE
Professional Proces Services at competitive prices. Most attempts are made within 48 hours of receiving documents. Affidavits drafted and provided at no additional cost. Fees listed are for one document. Call to obtain pricing on additional documents.
Routine Service within city limits of Palestine, Texas
Includes up to three attempts. Additional charge for witness fees will be added at the standard statutory rate. Additional attempts will be billed at $25 per attempt.
Routine Service within 10 miles of office or at one of the 4 local prisons
Includes up to three attempts. Additional charge for witness fees will be added at the standard statutory rate. Additional attempts will be billed at $25 per attempt.
Routine Service within 20 miles of office
Includes up to three attempts. Additional charge for witness fees will be added at the standard statutory rate. Additional attempts will be billed at $30 per attempt.
Routine Service within 30 miles of office
Includes up to two attempts. Additional charge for witness fees will be added at the standard statutory rate. Additional attempts will be billed at $30 per attempt.
Routine Service within 40 miles of office
Includes up to two attempts. Additional charge for witness fees will be added at the standard statutory rate. Additional attempts will be billed at $35 per attempt.
Rush Service
Rush Service is service that is attempted within the first 48 hours of receiving the documents. This is in addition to the Routine Service fees.
Emergency Service
Emergency Service is service that is attempted within the first 24 hours of receiving the documents. This is in addition to the Routine Service fees.
Printing Large Documents – Price Per Page
The first 10 pages are free. All pages over 15 are billed at 20¢ per page.
E-Filing of Returns
This fee includes the actual cost of e-filing. This fee is per return.
